Intro to the Science Supporting Mindful Meditation




If we had met up in person recently, I would have likely chewed your ear off about the benefits of mindful meditation. I have read, listened and experienced many of the benefits that meditation provides. While the various headlines in regards meditation can be overwhelming to digest, if you are interested in learning about some of the benefits of meditation I’d highly recommend watching the “Mindfulness” episode of the Netflix docuseries called, “Explained — The Mind”. It goes into some of scientifically backed benefits of mindful meditation. The documentary is short, well made and engaging.


I can’t recommend mindful meditation enough, particularly the benefits of practicing Vipassana meditation daily. It feels like you have superpowers. And now there is scientific evidence to support this idea :)
